MBU’s U.S.- issued degrees, transcripts, and academic documents are fully eligible for authentication through a U.S. Apostille. For countries that are members of the Hague Apostille Convention, such as Oman and Bahrain, no additional embassy legalization is required, making your documents globally recognized and ready for professional or academic use. In non-Apostille countries, including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, and Kuwait, documents may require further consular/legalization to ensure full recognition. Document Authentication for Non-Apostille Member Countries (Including Gulf Countries Except Bahrain and Oman)

For Gulf countries that are Hague Apostille members (Oman and Bahrain), U.S.-issued academic documents such as degrees, transcripts, and certificates are authenticated through a U.S. Apostille, making them valid without additional embassy legalization. For non-Apostille Gulf countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, and Kuwait), documents must complete a full consular/legalization process, which includes notarization in the U.S., authentication by the U.S. Department of State, and final legalization at the respective country’s embassy or consulate. This process ensures your academic credentials are fully recognized for employment, licensing, immigration, or further education.
